Whole Pork- last one!
This heritage pig was raised by our daughter as a 4-H piglet this year. It was pasture raised this summer and fed a certified organic pea/barley mixture.
The pork is 118lbs hanging weight and cut into:
- shoulder butt chops (2 per pack)
- picnic & butt roasts 3-4lbs each
- pork chops (2 per pack)
- Bacon
- Hams (3-4lbs each)
-Ribs
- Hocks
-ground pork
-pork fat
Price is $7.50/lb
