This package is a total of 10 lbs of assorted Roasts. You get a combination of Sirloin tip, Cross-Rib, Outside Round, Blade, and Eye of Round. (Sizes vary- therefore cannot guarantee 1 of each cut). However, you will get the most tender and delicious grass-fed beef that will be the highlight of your Sunday dinners. (Usually 4 x 2.5lb Roasts)
