Our whole, free-roaming, organic, grass-fed and finished animals are approximately 550lbs hanging weight. You get to choose all your custom cuts. Don't worry we go over all the cutting options with you.

You get all the bones and organs! Comes in about 20 boxes (10 x 10 x 12 inches). You will need about 12-14 cubic freezer space.
