Q. How does Shipping work?

A. We are not Amazon....we have found shipping companies expensive and difficult to work with. Therefore we provide home delivery ourselves! A real farm to plate operation! We schedule delivery throughout British Columbia. Most customers are happy to wait for our next scheduled delivery date to receive their package in person from us. We schedule delivery to the lower mainland and Vancouver every second weekend, and the Okanagan& Kamloops area monthly. Wondering if we deliver to your area?....just send me an email and I'll be happy to give you an answer. 

Q. How much is delivery?

A. We offer free delivery on orders over $200. For orders under that amount there will be a $20 delivery fee added to your bill at checkout. Or if you are planning on coming to one of our upcoming scheduled Farmers markets you can choose the option "Pick up at the Market" and there is no charge for orders under $200.

Q. Do you ship to Vancouver Island?

For the most part we do not deliver to Vancouver Island. However, we have been able to arrange delivery in the past by organizing delivery by family members when they are traveling through. Please send me an email and we can see if it can be arranged.

Q. Can I make a custom package?

A. Yes! If you don't find what you are looking for- please send me a message and ask. We sell all different kinds of cuts and products. We also butcher monthly so if we don't have it we can get it the next month.
